Weekly check-ins and Zoom discussions where we'll cover various trail topics
Custom Training Plans
A custom plan to fit your schedule and meet your goals.
Entire training plan is delivered via Training Peaks.
It can include multiple races leading to goal race.
Fueling, Gear, and Race Strategy consulting are available for an additional fee.
One-on-one coaching
Includes a personalized training plan to meet the desired goal or event of the athlete.
Training plan released bi-weekly via Training Peaks
Unlimited adjustments to your program based on fitness development and or because life happens.
Race-day strategy: gear consulting, nutrition awareness, and course breakdown (this includes being present for crew meetings).
Daily communication via email or text includes weekends, too (response time within 24 hours).
Weekly Check-ins via zoom or phone; training discussions and feedback
