New to trail running? Are you spending hours on google? Are you asking google, how do I trail run? What gear do I need? How do I find trails? What do I eat? This plan is for you! Let me be your guide and resource on feeling comfortable on the trail.

  • A Six-week personalized plan to meet the athlete's specific objective or goal.

  • Training Peaks account

  • Weekly check-ins and Zoom discussions where we'll cover various trail topics


Custom Training Plans
  • A custom plan to fit your schedule and meet your goals.

  • Entire training plan is delivered via Training Peaks.

  • It can include multiple races leading to goal race.

  • Fueling, Gear, and Race Strategy consulting are available for an additional fee.


One-on-one coaching
  • Includes a personalized training plan to meet the desired goal or event of the athlete.

  • Training plan released bi-weekly via Training Peaks

  • Unlimited adjustments to your program based on fitness development and or because life happens.

  • Race-day strategy: gear consulting, nutrition awareness, and course breakdown (this includes being present for crew meetings).

  • Daily communication via email or text includes weekends, too (response time within 24 hours).

  • Weekly Check-ins via zoom or phone; training discussions and feedback
